Nathan Maki has a masters of science in organizational leadership, and a B.S. in Aviation Management. Importantly, he carries the lessons learned from experience gained from decades of command roles in the flight deck as a Captain for a major global airline. He has also helped numerous pilots successfully navigate recovery and return to work. He knows that effective leadership has a significant impact on an organization's success. For instance, in aviation on each flight, the consultant you will work with uses clear communication and effective interpersonal skills to quickly build high-functioning teams, through practicing leadership principles that the consultant will teach you! Then, they improve the team's performance through an individual guided debrief.
